Alice was very helpful from the start to the time I got my box, she is really a good customer service, the product is of great quality 💯, the only problem I'm having is that, I was charged for 19kg weight meanwhile my box was 10kg, I tried asking but I couldn't get a satisfied answer. if I get the right response or a refund for the difference I will come here to rewrite my review.
